More Ad Revenue with Text Link Ads
For years I was 100% loyal to Google Adsense, which did not exactly pull in the big bucks. I found out the hard way what some other bloggers already knew: John Chow has already written about optimizing revenue from ad spaces. He too decided Adsense wasn’t compensating enough for the prime ad-real estate it was occupying, so he decided to sell the ad space himself. Similar to John, I made some changes to my advertising approach.
About six months ago I signed up the Text Link Ads, and within two months I was making more from the text link ads than I did in one year from Adsense. So essentially that increased my website’s money making potential by ten times, just by replacing my Google ad space with another ad format.
Imagine my excitement, when I discovered that indeed; traffic has only a marginal influence on your website’s profitability. Anyone can make more money with their site just by tweaking and changing their monetization approach!
Personally, Text Link Ads has been most profitable for me. Just like Google Adsense, Text Link Ads is free to sign up. At first though, it took a few months for some of my ad spaces to get sold, but currently they have been sold out for months!
Another big benefit to this particular advertising strategy is the fact that each month your ad revenue may go up, even if all ad spaces are sold out.
Why?
Simple: as you add more content to your website, as the site increases it’s rankings, the ad spaces become more expensive. This phenomenon has caused a moderate increase in payouts the past two months, and I fully expect it to persist.
For Business Owners text link ads (Now you can get $100 in FREE Links) are a good investment: they increase link popularity and allow you to place a link in a prominent location on the website of your choice. While Adsense does not give you any control over where and when your ads appear. Text link ads do provide you with the control to fully target your marketing efforts.
Thus, you can purchase a link on a website with high traffic rankings, and because of the location and layout of the links the click-through rates tend to be dramatically higher than with Adsense. Considering the link is “rented” on a monthly basis, you just pay a fixed price regardless of the number of clicks you get. This can result is very low per-click prices on high traffic websites (or ROI), and you are completely in control over what “target audience” sees your link.
Google Adsense is still good, and has its place. However, Adsense is like advertising with flyers randomly dropped off a plane: you don’t know where they will land or who will pick them up. Advertising with text link ads is more like purchasing ad space in a magazine: you choose the topic, you choose the audience.
Thinking text links may be something you want to consider as an advertising strategy? Text Link Ads is giving away $100 in FREE Links for signing up now.
